Napolitano: Obama Doesn’t Have Authority To Impose Gun Control Laws

With all due respect and with the same cantor (no pun on Eric Cantor) can you apply the same level of evaluation on -

Rendition of American Citizens ?

As an example – When a U.S. Citizen is in a WAR Zone and is operating under the Constitution of the United Sates of America as an enlisted Military Personnel within the laws of the Geneva Convention and in conjunction with the War Powers Act.

Can a U.S. Citizen – THEN be required as an Enlisted Personnel to be Interrogated and Questioned about something that is going on in the -

United States of America while he is ‘ AT WAR for the United States of America ‘ ?

Operating in ‘Good Faith’ as a United States Military Asset ?

I don’t think so and I am fully confident that is ‘exactly what happened to my Son-in-Law !

Jacob Tate on January 2^nd, 2011 in the Sangin region of Afghanistan on the night before he was to be re-deployed to the United States -

AFTER successfully completing his 2^nd Combat Tour and Re-enlisting with the Marines !

He was taken out of his F.O.B. And questioned in the field of war about his father-In-law’s business by the Military M.P.’s and F.B.I. Who was operating out of Kabul.

I can assure you, there is no accidents here and there is too much Circumstantial Evidence.

And it all points to the same thing –

SO – Here’s the question Judge Napolitano;

WHY is it that:

When I have listed this information on my WEB Site, that no one asks me about this information ?

Instead, they continue to Drive around my location and look at me ?

Answer: Because ‘ It’s True ‘

And the Justice Department doesn’t want it to get out that the Justice Department is the one who is -

Funding the Illegal Search for Weapon’s of Mass Destruction VIA the C.I.A. And ‘using’ Small Business Owners as the -

Fall Guy

To pass the Money to the Operator – Thus participating in ‘ Money Laundering ‘

Here’s Why they don’t want this to get out:

Because that mean’s: ‘ There’s Dirty Judges ‘

And Dirty Judges will be handled in only ‘one way’ and you know what that is………..

And it didn’t have to be that way Judge Nopalitano, all I wanted to do is take her to lunch…..

And look what Justice Anthony Scalia did after his son started a fight with me at the Bacchus and then in Ted’s Montana Grill in Bozeman, Montana. After I went in there to explain to Lili what the ‘Little Punk’ just tried to do. Then I put him up against the Wall and explained to him; ‘ you don’t have enough muscles on your arm’s or balls between your legs to pull that off with me. And don’t you ever leave a sophisticated eloquent women sitting in a restaurant and go into the next bar and Call a Guy Out. SO when I went outside to ‘say good bye’ to Lili, the little shit comes over to me and drop’s into a Karate Stance and starts watching my muscle movements. So I knocked him out and over the fence. ….. That’s a Fight that Joe Scalia started with me in Bozeman, Montana. ‘ 

And the only regret I have is; I Didn’t Kill Joe Scalia that Night. Because if I had, Jacob would still be alive and I would be about 1 -2 years away from applying for Parole. And you Judge Napolitano would still be ‘FAT’ and driving around in your Lincoln Navigator.

BUT the Illegal Search for Weapon’s of Mass Destruction as Funded by the Justice Department to the C.I.A. wouldn’t be exposed. And don’t forget, the Operator I partied with told me there’s hundred’s of these type of people spread throughout the world operating in this manor…

SO In Closing: Instead of bringing this entire situation into the Public Eye during a Public Trial.

The Justice Department has choose to ‘keep this under cover’ until it’s over.

And all that does is Promote False Accusations to the public and the people who know the TRUTH.

SO the 21^st Century MOB War called ‘ Cheap Sun Glasses ‘ was started by the Justice Departments decision to Cover This Up instead of making it PUBLIC.

And I can assure you, it”s Already Out Of Control -

And the Justice Department of the United States of America ‘IS’ The Target …..
